Kailan is a vegetable that has high nutrients levels such as Beta carotene, vitamin k, vitamin c, lutein, zeahanthin and high calcium. Because of that, Kailan is a good source of natural antioxidant and anti inflammatory for our body.
It also contain higher vitamin C than orange. It can provide 134% nutrient that our body was needed whereas the contribution of orange is only around 113%. Besides that, Kailan also can provide higher vitamin A than another green vegetables.

- Double flavor Kailan - Deep fry Kailan leaf w salt and sugar for flavor, stir fry the Kailan stems, garnish with fried anchovies (Personally, this is my favourite dish).
